At All Aspects Detailing, we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining clear and fair policies for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We do not like to pass on fees or hidden charges to our valued clients. However, to maintain our service quality and schedule, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Rescheduling Fee

    If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate time.
    A $50 fee will apply for any rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • Cancellation Fee

    There is no cancellation fee up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy

    If you are not present at the scheduled location at the specified time, we will charge 25% of the scheduled service cost as a no-show fee.

    While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to resolving any service-related issues to your satisfaction.

  • Water Source Policy

    Every All Aspects "Detail-Mobile" comes fully equipped to handle individual detailing jobs. Our units are outfitted with dual built-in hydro-tanks. Purified and pH balanced water is also available upon request.

    Note: For commercial and fleet (2+ vehicle) jobs we do ask that an additional external water source be provided.
  • Travel Fee Policy

    Our zero travel fee policy always applies to individual (non-commercial) clients within our free coverage area.

    Jobs requiring travel farther than 25 miles from Rogers, AR will be subject to a small travel fee. For full transparency, you may estimate any travel fees by using our simple calculator.

    For locations within our extended coverage area (75-150 mile radius), travel fees may apply.

    For locations beyond our extended coverage area, please contact us to discuss potential travel and lodging fees based on the scope of work.

    Note: Commercial and fleet services may incur additional travel and lodging fees depending on project scope and distance from our headquarters.

Liability Policy

To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our service responsibilities:

  • Pre-Service Inspection

    We conduct thorough pre-service inspections to document the condition of your vehicle.
  • Service Scope

    Our services are limited to detailing and cleaning as specified in the service agreement.
  • Liability Disclaimer

    All Aspects Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, physical damage, or electrical issues that may be present in or on your vehicle.
    While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle during our detailing process, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during the service.
    In the unlikely event that damage occurs, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
